In February, we were pleased to welcome two new members to our team: Laurents, who has joined as Business IT Coordinator, and Jens, who has taken on the role of Workshop Manager at ICTS in Antwerp, Belgium.

To ensure their smooth integration into our organization, we established a comprehensive two-week onboarding program. This program encompassed department-specific presentations, practical workshops, team projects involving our mechanics, and visits to clients. These varied activities provided Laurents and Jens with a thorough understanding of our daily operations.
